The rules. All four of them.

• You pay, you rank. The listing with the highest current power is #1.
• Ranking is always by current power. It is never by lifetime spend, never by asking price, and never editorial.
• Minimum bid is $1. Bids are in US dollars.
• Topping up adds the new payment at full weight to whatever your power has decayed to. There is no penalty for waiting, and no bonus for it either.
• To pass someone you only have to beat their current power, not what they have spent in total. Old positions get cheap to take.
• Ties go to whoever claimed the domain first.
• Featured placements are a separate paid surface. They are labelled, and they do not change anyone's rank.

• No refunds when you are outbid. Someone paying more than you is the product working, not a fault.
• No refunds as power decays. You are buying a position that fades by 25% a week. That is the deal, stated before checkout, on the checkout page, and in the table above.
• No refunds for a listing removed under the prohibited-listings rules below.
• No refunds if you sell, transfer, park, or drop the domain after paying, or if your own landing page goes down.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Charging back a completed payment permanently removes the listing and blocks the seller email from the board. If something is wrong, email hello@domainsbid.lol first — we would rather fix it.

domainsbid.lol is an advertising board. It is not a marketplace, a broker, or an escrow service.

• We never broker the sale. We take no commission on a domain sale and are not a party to it.
• We never hold funds. The only money we accept is payment for placement. No escrow, ever.
• We never verify ownership, price, or traffic. Anyone can list any domain. A listing is not proof that the seller controls the domain, that the asking price is real, or that any stat is accurate.
• Sellers link to their own landing page or marketplace listing. Buyers transact entirely off-site, with the seller, at their own risk.
• Buyers: use escrow. Verify WHOIS. Assume nothing on this board has been checked, because it has not been.
• Rank means someone paid more. It is not an endorsement, a valuation, or a quality signal.

We remove these on sight, without refund, and keep the payment:

• Trademark infringement — typosquats, brand impersonation, or any domain you do not have the right to sell.
• Adult or sexual content, on the domain or on the page you link to.
• Scams, phishing, malware, cloaking, or a link that goes somewhere other than the domain's own sale page.
• Anything illegal where we operate, and anything involving sanctioned parties.
• Link shorteners, affiliate wrappers, and redirect chains.

Report a listing to abuse@domainsbid.lol. Include the domain and what is wrong with it. Trademark holders: send the mark, the registration, and the listing — we act on plausible claims without waiting for a court.

• Every listing on this site is a paid placement. Every outbound link carries rel="nofollow sponsored". Bidding here passes no SEO value, and buying a spot to acquire link juice will not work.
• Outbound links get UTM parameters so you can attribute the traffic in your own analytics.
• Click counts are de-duplicated best-effort and shown as-is. They are a rough signal, not audited traffic.

We use your seller email for receipts, outbid notifications, decay warnings, and to authorise re-bids on your own listing. We do not sell it. The newsletter is separate, opt-in, and one click to leave.

We may change these rules. Material changes get a note on this page and a new “last updated” date. Changes are never retroactive to a payment you have already made — except the decay rule, which is the same for everyone, always. Questions: hello@domainsbid.lol.
